إخراج قيد فردي أوعائلي

Approx processing time is between 5 – 9 months to obtain a Personal/Family Extract (إخراج قيد فردي) through the Lebanese Embassy in Canberra, Australia.

 

 

Required documents:

1. Lebanese I.D (تذكرة)

2. Lebanese Passport

3. Birth registration address in Lebanon: such as name of the village (مكان الولادة) and the number of Registry in Lebanon (رقم السجل); if they do not have an old إخراج قيد that they can provide.

4. A hand or typed written letter by the applicant that includes:·An opening statement “To the Lebanese Embassy of Lebanon in Canberra, Australia, I (state your full passport name and details of the area in Lebanon) request my إخراج قيد فردي/عائلي through your office from Lebanon as I am not able to attend to it myself.”
